New Project: Nile Garden School
It’s back to school time for our crew!
The Nile Garden School is part of the Manteca Unified School District, a new project for us. And, we’re excited to be partnering with our General Contracting Partner: Acme Construction Co., in Modesto, CA.
We’ll be helping the build out of creating new buildings and we’ll also be doing a complete modernization on the rest of the buildings of the school.
New buildings: This will include a new multi-purpose gym, kitchen, and kindergarten. The new buildings include new Title 24-required light fixtures and controls, fire alarm, data communication, as well as low voltage systems. In the new multi-purpose building, we will utilize our talents and will be installing theatrical lighting and a sound system.
Modernization: The rest of the buildings of the school will get a total modernization for a complete update.
We will be implementing a new site utility power and fire alarm, as well as special systems between the new and existing buildings that will be developed.
