We're excited to take on a new Design-Build project and are partnering with CT Brayton and the City of Manteca to build the new Manteca Fire Station #5 project.
We have worked on several local fire station projects ranging from service, renovation and new construction, but this will be our first complete fire station project where we’ll be involved in totality and part of the design team! We’re incredibly excited to work with the prime contractor and the City of Manteca to ensure that this project meets the highest quality possible and with the highest level of value for the owner! - Kevin Simpson
The design aspect of the project has been completed, the plans have been finalized, and we'll have permits in-hand soon!
This one will be located south of Highway 120 where there's a lot of new development happening with hundreds of new homes, apartments, and other commercial projects going in.
Once the project is complete, we'll have a full write-up with pictures to share!
