We’ve got some great projects we’re working on (and have coming up) as we roll through this summer, albeit a weird one for us all.

Our featured project this week is a new Starbucks coming out of the ground in Modesto, CA off of Palendale Ave. (a private project).
Our general contracting partner is Huff Construction Co., in Modesto, CA, a partner we’re always excited to work with. We’ll be collaborating on the construction of a shell building (meaning the construction of the basic structure of a building called the shell and core construction). Then the range of the build-out and interior construction work will be completed before people can go get their much-needed coffees in this new Starbucks.
Oh, and the building will include a drive-up window, so get that car ready to go...
The building and site will include all-site utility power, telephone, and site pole lights - these are our go-to’s as they’re decorative and functional poles for roadway, parking lot and area lighting.
We’ll also be building out the underground conduits to all of the drive-through menus boards, speakers, and the car detection system. The building will include all-new electrical panels and exterior building light fixtures as well.
Here’s some pictures of us breaking ground on this project, and I’m sure we can all agree, anything that will be providing COFFEE is an exciting and much-needed project to get completed ASAP!
