President
Tori Simpson has been a key force behind Modesto Executive Electric since its founding in 1989, starting from a small home office while raising three children. As a dedicated leader, she now oversees the company's financial health and growth alongside her husband, Kevin Simpson, fostering a family-oriented culture rooted in excellence and innovation. Passionate about the trades, Tori is also committed to mentoring the next generation of skilled professionals.
Kevin Simpson
Vice President and General Manager
Kevin serves as Vice-President/General Manager and Lead Safety Manager, collaborating with contractors and project managers to deliver projects that meet energy standards and owner expectations. He oversees project delivery from planning to completion, ensuring safety and quality while leading a strong team.
Daniel Stall
Project Manager/Estimator
Daniel Stall, a second-generation electrician and partner at MEEI, has 17 years of experience in the trade, specializing in underground systems, lighting controls, and project management. Growing up on job sites and learning from his mother, Tori Simpson, he brings both hands-on expertise and leadership to his role. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys family time, cheering on his kids, and exploring the outdoors with his wife, Amanda—all guided by his core value: treat others the way you want to be treated.

Bethany Stall,
Project Coordinator
Bethany Stall, daughter of owner Tori Simpson, has been immersed in the family business from a young age. Since 2008, she has been working at Modesto Executive Electric, bringing her unique blend of experience and dedication to the team. In addition to her role at Modesto Executive Electric, Bethany is also a hair stylist, showcasing her versatility and commitment to her professional growth.
As a Project Coordinator, Bethany plays a crucial role in overseeing all phases of the projects from start to finish. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that each project is executed smoothly and efficiently. She is also in charge of the Accounts Payable department.
Outside of her professional life, Bethany loves to travel and enjoys spending time with friends and cherishes her role as an aunt to her niece and nephews. She's also a ravenous reader completing over 50 books a year.
Christy Rai,
HR Generalist/Certified Payroll Specialist
With over 20 years of experience in human resources and payroll, Christy Rai brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as HR Generalist and Certified Payroll Specialist at Modesto Executive Electric, Inc. Her career spans a diverse range of industries, including corporate fast food, manufacturing, aerospace, almond processing, and trucking, giving her a well-rounded perspective in her field. A graduate of Turlock High School, Christy earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Humphreys College, followed by a Certificate in Human Resources from Stanislaus State. She also holds a SHRM Certificate, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional development.
In her role, Christy manages weekly prevailing wage payrolls with precision and care. She is a dedicated professional who thrives on adapting to challenges and finding innovative solutions, guided by her personal motto: "Adapt and overcome – if you come to a brick road, find a way over it, under it, around it, or through it." Outside of work, Christy enjoys spending time with her family, her children, her granddaughter Addy, and her two dogs. She also loves traveling and attending concerts. A 5th-generation Turlock resident, Christy grew up working for her family business, Mike’s Video, located in Turlock, CA.
