ABOUT THE PROJECT
Nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Pinecrest, California, Camp Oski is the Cal Alumni Association's beloved family campground, and it just got a major upgrade.
Modesto Executive Electric traveled to this stunning mountain setting to provide full electrical services for a beautiful new building housing a commercial kitchen, dining hall, and lounge. The project came with its share of challenges, from the remote mountain location to the coordination required to deliver commercial-grade electrical systems in a campground environment, but the end result speaks for itself.
Guests at Lair of the Golden Bear will enjoy this facility for years to come, and Modesto Executive Electric is proud to have played a part in bringing it to life.

BEELER BUILDING
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This commercial facility was built for Beeler Industries to support the design, manufacturing, and testing of nut and harvesting equipment. The building is divided into two primary functions: the front half houses research and development operations, while the rear half is dedicated to manufacturing and equipment testing, creating an efficient workflow from concept to production.

On this project we worked with KDC Construction, for ground up project including site work, utility connections, building shell and tenant improvement. We successfully completed this project in record time, from breaking ground to opening doors. One of the fastest Starbucks projects built to date.
