Ripon High School
This project involves a Lease-Leaseback agreement with the Ripon Unified School District and general contractor CT Brayton and Sons for a new Career and Technical Education (CTE) initiative.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The development features a two-story building, which includes computer labs, woodworking facilities, and industrial-sized crane hoists on the first floor. The second floor is dedicated to a commercial-sized kitchen and educational workspace. The construction is expected to take two years.

Beeler Building
This is a (Sqft) commercial building for Beeler industries to design nut and harvesting equipment. The front half of the building is the research and development side and the back half of the building is the manufacturing and testing side.

This commercial building (Sqft) is designated for Beeler Industries to facilitate the design of nut and harvesting equipment. The structure is divided into distinct sections: the front half accommodates research and development activities, while the rear half is allocated for manufacturing and testing purposes.

On this project we worked with KDC Construction, for ground up project including site work, utility connections, building shell and tenant improvement. We successfully completed this project in record time, from breaking ground to opening doors. One of the fastest Starbucks projects built to date.
