PROJECT:
UNIVERSITY OF THE PACIFIC VETERAN STUDENT HOUSING CONVERSION,
Stockton, CA
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This former dormitory building at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California sat outdated and vacant for years before being fully converted into studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment housing for military veterans attending the university.
The project was a complete gut and conversion, upgrading the foundation, building structure, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and virtually every other component of the building, all while preserving the historical significance and architectural character of the original structure. Modesto Executive Electric handled the full electrical scope, updating every square foot of the building's electrical systems, lighting, and HVAC equipment, and coordinating directly with PG&E to install a new main service panel.
This is exactly the kind of project our team shows up for. Helping to bring a long-vacant building back to life as a home for the men and women who served this country, that means something. Welcome home, soldiers.
