PROJECT:
TRINITY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
ABOUT THE PROJECT
On this project, our team worked with the staff at Trinity Church to upgrade the exterior parking lot lighting and interior lighting in the sanctuary to the latest in LED technology.
We didn’t want to disturb the buildings beautiful finishes so we partnered with a lighting company to provide retro-fit options that utilized all of the existing light fixtures.
We replaced the lighting control system that combined the controls for the house and theatrical lighting together in one easy to use program lighting control console.

PROJECT:
MODESTO CENTRAL SDA CHURCH
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This church needed an exterior lighting makeover. The old HID lighting was dim, hard to service, and costly to operate.
We replaced all of the exterior lightings with new LED fixtures and increased the lighting tremendously while cutting the operating costs dramatically.
The staff couldn’t be happier and has experienced fewer security issues due to the better lighting.

PROJECT:
OLD REPUBLIC TITLE
ABOUT THE PROJECT
We teamed up with Haggerty Construction to update an existing suite better suited for the new tenants and their needs including an updated lobby, centralized printer/copy room, new break room, conference room and dedicated circuits for new office furniture system connections. Walls were moved to create better flow throughout the suite, areas were opened up for new office furniture system installation and a much larger break room with multiple refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers etc. were added for the employees convenience.
During the partial remodel we listened to the new tenants concerns regarding the old 2x4 fluorescent parabolic light fixtures and came up with a plan to increase the lighting substantially while reducing their overall electrical consumption in the entire space. Automatic sensors were installed in the smaller offices and the latest in lighting controls including digital dimming were installed in the larger rooms including the new conference room for multiple options of lighting control for various presentation needs.
